What areas do you serve?
We're based on the Main Line and serve Ardmore, Bryn Mawr, Haverford, Narberth, Gladwyne, Villanova, Radnor, Wayne, Devon, Berwyn, Paoli, Malvern and the surrounding Philadelphia suburbs. Planning something farther away? Ask us.
How far ahead should I book?
As early as you can. Weekends and holiday seasons fill up first, and larger installations need more time to plan. For most events, two to three weeks of notice is ideal. Last-minute requests are welcome too; we'll tell you what's possible.
How much does it cost?
Every design is custom, so pricing depends on the size of the piece, the style, the balloons and finishes, and where it's going. Send us an inquiry with your details and we'll put together a quote for you.
Can you match my colors or theme?
Yes. Send us your palette, invitation, or a few inspiration photos and we'll design around them, from soft pastels to neon.
Do you set up and take down?
We deliver and install larger pieces on site. If you'd like us to come back for takedown, let us know when you inquire and we'll include it in your quote.
Can balloons go outside?
Yes, with some planning. Direct sun, heat and wind are hard on balloons, so for outdoor decor we think about placement, shade and timing to keep everything looking full for your event.
How long will my decor last?
Indoors and out of direct sun, air-filled decor stays looking fresh for days. Outdoor pieces have a shorter window, especially on hot or sunny days. We'll give you care tips with every order.
Do you work with businesses and venues?
Yes. We decorate storefronts, offices, venues and restaurants for openings, parties and seasonal displays.
